To qualify for a return or exchange:
Items must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase is required.
Please note:
Used or burned candles cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can make it right.
